Taking advantage of a fully dry circuit and new slick Michelin tyres, the South Aussie form guide was established in a flat-out practice session that ended with local hero Max Vidau quickest with a 1m49.9507s flyer aboard his Tyrepower / TekworkX Motorsport entry. Patterson returns to United Autosport for LMP3 drive
There’s an exciting one-off entry heading for Aragon, as competitive LMP3 duo Josh Caygill and Garnet Patterson team up with United Autosports for the fourth round of the Michelin Le Mans Cup. United’s regular MLMC #22 team Gerry Kraut and Scott Andrews are unable to compete in Aragon due to business and a clashing racing commitment respectively. Yorkshireman Caygill, a former Supersport biker and Bronze-graded driver, celebrated two LMP3 podium finishes with United Autosports in the 2022 European Le Mans Series, taking second place at the 4 Hours of Le Castellet and third place at the season finale in Portimão

A CRITICAL fourth round of the 2023 Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup Australia Championship will play out this weekend at The Bend Motorsport Park's OTR SuperSprint. The championship reaches the halfway point with both the Equity-One Pro and SP Tools Pro-Am classes finely poised, with new contenders presenting themselves at every round. Calder Park Raceway roared back into life over the weekend, with competitive racing returning for the first time in 15 years, representing the awakening of a giant. When we visited the venue 12 months ago, we noted in our story that the venue had the ability to be usable once more.
