Formula SAE Australasia found a new home this past weekend at Calder Park, with the region’s best and brightest tertiary institutions battling out for significant bragging rights.
As first-time visitors to the event, we could be nothing but impressed on multiple fronts. From the different engineering philosophies to brilliant craftsmanship and genuine camaraderie among competitors, it was all there.
From internal combustion to pure electric and even autonomous vehicles, the showcase painted a fascinating look into the future tech coming to the automotive world.
This time next year, mark it in your diaries – it is very much worth checking out.
